This is a short boardwalk trail that loops around. The loop has two spurs. One spur connects the Observation Tower and the other connects a pond with an observation area.
Weedon Island Preserve Cultural and Natural History Center is located at 1800 Weedon Drive NE in St. Petersburg. From Gandy Boulevard (US92/SR600) turn south on San Martin Boulevard and travel approximately one mile to Weedon Drive NE and turn east. Parking for the Center is available at the third left after passing through the Preserve's main gate.
